I wanted to give everyone a heads up that YouTube is in the process of deleting my videos after a company which manages video rights for the NCAA put in a copyright claim. This just happened. I don't think I can do anything about it, either. For the time being, some videos may work. I don't know what, if any, next steps I can take, but I'll post an update in the near future.
Update 11/22 9 AM:
I'm going to look into my options, whether on YouTube or elsewhere, and post an update of some kind later today.
And to be clear, my account hasn't been banned. At least not yet. They deleted many, but not all, of the videos I've uploaded over the last 2 years. I won't be posting new videos to that account, but it's unclear if they'll decide to ban me if I don't delete the remaining videos.
Update 11/22 1 PM
I appreciate everyone who left comments on here, Twitter, and elsewhere. I haven't made a penny from these videos. Quite the opposite, actually. I do them because I love Northwestern athletics.
It could take a little while to see if I have any options regarding all of the videos that were removed. But in the meantime, I will say that there will be short-term solution for new videos. And hopefully that starts Saturday with a win over Michigan State. Whether or not the solution will be sustainable for a longer period of time remains to be seen, but just keep looking here for updates. I won't be uploading anything new to the YouTube account, though.
